2月も毎週木曜夜8時〜10時は、シンガポール最大の夜遊びスポット、クラークキーにある人気ペルシャ料理レストランSHIRAZにてベリーダンスのショーをお届けします。

2月よりナディアは毎月第4木曜日のみ出演致します。

毎週週替わりにSahara*BlossomsからAnna, Samia, Latifaに加えて、今年は新人ダンサー数名にもナディアと共に出演してもらいますよ。誰が出るかは当日のお楽しみに！

【NADIA Bellydance Show】♥ “Nebtidi Mnain El Hikaya” (Mohamed Abdel Wahab)

2017年12月22日（金）東京は錦糸町にあるシルクロードカフェにて開催された"Arabic Cabaret"フィナーレで踊った「Nebtidi Mnain El Hikaya」です。チュニジア出身のアラブ音楽家、ハシンさんが演奏するシンセサイザーと生歌、タクシーマさんのダルブッカ、ヤミーンさんのレク、そして私の友人で尊敬するベリーダンサーのアマルさんが、スペシャル演出でバイオリンを弾いてくださり、満員御礼の会場の中、愛に溢れる幸せな空気感と繊細に奏でられるメロディーの一つ一つが、この美しい曲の世界の中へと、私を引き込んでくれました。  

「物語をどこから始めよう？」とロマンティックなフレーズから始まるこの曲は、Mohamed Abdel Wahabが作曲し、1960年代にAbdel Halim Hafezが歌って大ヒットした楽曲です。  

シンガポール在住の日本人ベリーダンサー、ナディアによる振付無しの完全即興パフォーマンスです。

【シンガポールでお稽古】ベリーダンスを踊る ★ 体験レッスン生募集中！

こんにちは！★シンガポールを拠点に活動中の日本人ベリーダンサーのナディアです。

私が主催するベリーダンスレッスンが、今週日曜からスタートします！2018年は基礎クラスを充実させたいと思い、これまで週2回の基礎クラスを週4回に増やしました。入門・初心者の生徒さんはもちろん、ご経験者の方で基礎を見直したい方は是非ご参加くださいね。

また、昨年9月にスタートした「ママベリー」は毎週木曜朝に好評開催中の3歳以下のベビ連れOKのクラスです。今年は定期的にレッスン後の「ママベリー's ランチ会」も開催したいと考えていますので、慣れない海外で子育てするためのヒントをレッスン生の皆さんとシェアできたらと思います。私自身が昨年2月に出産し、現在1歳のベビのママです。シンガポールでベビ連れOKのお稽古事って実はあまり多くないと感じ、それなら作ってしまえ！と、開催を決めたクラスなのです。これから少しずつ温めていきたいと考えているコミュ二ティなので、ご興味のある方は、まずは体験にいらしてくださいね。とても楽しいですよ！:)

私が主宰するベリーダンススクールは、2011年の開講以来、今年で7年目になります。海外でバリバリ働くOLさんから、ご主人を献身的に支える駐在の奥様、そして子育てに奮闘するママさんまで、年齢も幅広く、バックグランドも様々です。私自身が元駐在妻であり、OL時代があり、現在は起業し、ママをしながら、長年ベリーダンスを続けています。その中で、ダンスを続けていたからこそ、仕事のモチベーションが上がったり、旦那さんに優しくなれたり、愛をもって子育てに集中できたりと、良いことがたくさんありました。

ダンスで体を鍛えることは、精神面の強化にも繋がり、血の巡りが良くなることで肌ツヤも良くなります。アイソレーションが中心となるベリーダンスのムーブメントは、細かく様々な筋肉を使いますので、しなやかで女性らしいボディラインになっていくと同時に、美しい音楽に身を委ねるだけで、表情が優しくなっていきます。踊りの中に、真の自分を見つける日が来るかもしれません。刺激的なステージでのパフォーマンスの経験や、憧れの衣装を着る瞬間、お化粧をした鏡の中の自分の笑顔の明るさに気づいたり、街を歩く時の姿勢がピンと背筋が伸びていて、気づかないうちに女性らしい所作が身についていたり、「ベリーダンスをスタジオで習う」こと以上の素敵な発見があります。

発表会は年に2回開催しています。それ以外にも、シンガポール内外でのステージに招待され踊る機会もあるかもしれません。

少しでも興味を持って下さった方は、さっそく今週末から体験レッスンに参加してみてください。会場はSteavens駅前から徒歩2分のRaffles Town Club 2階のHarmony Studioです。ストレッチパンツにキャミなど、運動のしやすい服装でお越しくださいね。裸足で踊りますので靴は不要です。汗はたっぷりかきますので、水とタオルもお忘れなく！

【NADIA Bellydance Lesson】★ STARTING from 14th January 2018!

Happy New Year 2018!!  

I'm just back in Singapore! How have you been doing everyone? 

I wish all of you had great time during your holiday. 

Shall we renew the targets and goals that we wish to achieve this year 2018!  

I will be more active to go on teaching you ladies and performing with you this year again!

Let's move forward together!! :)

So, the new lesson term of this year will be starting on this weekend, 14th January Sunday onwards. I really wish to strengthen more of the technique for all of my students this year. Without technique, your dance will never be completed. Let me continue to organize technique class for your improvement. 

I have prepared very nice songs for you to learn the choreography too. Lets check this out!

■ Drum Solo "Verdadera Pasion” ■

My latest drum solo piece in 2018 is Artem Uzunov's "Verdadera Pasion”. I chosed drum solo for all of you to improve technical skills!!! A lot of isolation and pelvic movements are involved, of cause many many shimmys and turns too. I really feel this is super dynamic and stylish choreography, and surely you will love it! :)

→ Sunday morning & Monday morning (intermediate level)

■ Tarab "Nebtedi Menien El Hikaya "(Verse 2) ■

Nebtedi Menien El Hikaya （Where do we begin our story?）This is originally a very long song about 60 minutes, but I will use the song that was very modernly arranged, which extracted the melody and song of the second theme. In the first instrumental part, many bellydancers are dancing in all over the world,  but the song of the second theme starts are still unusual and the not so many dancers performing yet. (this is why I can not attached the audio link from Youtube). The audio will be sent to the lesson participants, you will find the song will be the oriental version of "Nebteedy Drum" which we learned last year. I danced this song for improvisation without choreography at the year-end Hafla and then danced the full version (14min version) in Tokyo, but after that my heart is still stay into the world view of Abdel Wahab, and still now, yes. Because it's so attractive as we share the content of the lyrics and the world view with everyone.

→ Sunday afternoon (intermediate level) 

■ Turkish Oriental "Azize" ■ 
I have been willing to share this song for everyone, and was warming up a song and choreography for long time! ;)  It is a turkish version of that famous song Azziza by Abdel Wahab. The arrangement of the song is cool and the sound makes me trip from Egypt to Turkey. Many Turkish rhythms, Chifteteli appear in the middle of the song. Choreography has prepared simple and easy by basic techniques, but the good choreography is always asked you about your fundamental power of basic techniques. While building a stable foundation, we will dance with veil to flow gently. The song is also latest one with modern arrangement,  and rare piece that not so many dancers performing at the world yet. Again, this is why I can not attach the audio link from Youtube. The audio will be sent to the lesson participants, you will find the song with very exotic oriental feeling, and you will love it!!!!

→ Wednesday evening & Thursday morning  (beginner level)

■ Arabic Pops "Lama Rah El Sabr Men"  ■
"Lama Rah El Sabr Men" ("When patience had left him") is originally an old song sung by Egyptian singer Sharifa Fadel. Recently Nancy Ajram and Nagwa Karam covered and it is popular around Lebanon. We have been danced Mejanse a lot last year, so maybe it is time to dance Arabic Pops (with singings) now? At this term, I have chosen to dance the version of Dr Samy Farag with super energetic and matured expression to complete one of the most sophisticated piece of this year! Just can't wait for dancing this number with you all!!!!

If you want to learn choreography properly, I recommend you to take Technique class too. This is why the technique class is always before the choreography starts. You will learn the same routines to dance choreography at technique class. This will help! ;)

* Choreography class will be completed in 8 to 9 weeks in total.
* As for choreography class, please try to make attendance of 80% at least in order to deepen understanding (If there are a lot of absences, we will consider to arrange the follow up class)
* The basic routine to be learned in the technique class is used in the form applied in the choreography class. If you take both classes, you will gain a better understanding.
* Lesson fee is done by tickets. Please purchase $ 250.00 (10 hours / 3 months valid) at reception. Tickets can be used in any class where I teach.
* Payment can be done at the reception by cash, credit card and NETS.
* Raffles Town Club administrative fee $ 50.00 is required for new students. Some facilities of RTC can be used, and benefits such as participation in school events are available after being a membership.
* Trial & drop-in is possible at any time at $ 30.00 (60 minutes class) · $ 45.00 (90 minutes class).
* Please participate the class with exercise attire. Shoes are unnecessary as we dance barefoot. Dressing room · locker · shower room are equipped. Please bring a bath towel to use with stretch at the end of class (free rental available at RTC).
* Be sure to show your dance card at reception desk before entering the studio. Please also sign the IN - OUT on the attendance sheet.


* Expiry date of your dance card which was issued after October 2017 onwards can be extended 4 weeks due to the cancellation of the class during the Christmas holiday between 10th December to 7th January. 

Those who wish to participate the class, if you reply me by Friday 12th January, I will send you audio before the class starts!
The capacity for lesson participants is only about 14 pax. As soon as we reach the capacity, we will close the registration.

【NADIA Bellydance Lesson】★ 1月14日スタート！

新年明けましておめでとうございます。
本年も宜しくお願いいたします！★

皆様、お元気でお過ごしでしたか？私は年末年始を日本で過ごし、パワーチャージ＆パワーアップした気分です。元旦に引いたおみくじは大吉♪で、今年はまた新たな夢や目標を掲げ、昨年以上にアクディブに活動していきたいと思います。どうぞお付き合いくださいね。

さて、2018年の最初のタームは、1月14日(日)スタートです。今年は基礎力の強化に力を入れたいと考えています。基礎をやらないことにはどんな振付を学んでも進化はありません。引き続き、振付クラスに加えて基礎クラスも開催し、今年は昨年以上に力をいれて教えていきますので、ベリーダンス初心者の方はもちろん、経験者の方も基礎力強化の為にご参加くださいね。


振付クラスの課題曲は下記の通りです。


■ ドラムソロ "Verdadera Pasion” ■
2018年ナディア新作のドラムソロは、Artem Uzunovの"Verdadera Pasion”でダイナミックでかっこいい作品にしていきます！全体的な基礎力を上げたく、ドラムソロでテクニック強化を図りましょう。骨盤や腹部をたっぷりと動かし、シミーもターンもたっぷり入ったダイナミックな振付です。正直めちゃくちゃかっこいいのでお楽しみに！！！:)

■ タラブ "Nebtedi Menien El Hikaya "(Verse 2) ■
Nebtedi Menien El Hikaya （ネブティディ・ミン・エルヒカヤ：Where do we begin our story?）原曲は60分ほどあるとても長い曲ですが、その中から2題目のメロディーと歌を抜粋した、とてもモダンにアレンジされた曲を使用します。1題目のインストルメンタルパートは、多くのベリーダンサーが踊っていますが、この2題目始まりの歌つきの曲は珍しいそうです（音源のYoutubeリンクが貼れないのはまだ踊っているダンサーが少ないからです！）。音源は参加者に送付しますが、昨年学んだ"Nebteedy Drum"のオリエンタル版とお考えください。私は年末のハフラでこの曲を踊り（振付なしの即興で踊りました）、その後、東京でEl Hikayaのフルバージョンを踊りましたが、その後もこのAbdel Wahabの世界観からずっと離れられずにいました。それくらい魅力的なこの曲を、今回は振付化し、歌詞の内容や世界観も皆さんとシェアしながら、踊りこんでいきたいと思います。一緒に感動しながら踊りましょうね！:)

■ ターキッシュオリエンタル "Azize" ■
ずっと皆にシェアしたいと思い、温めていた一曲。あのAbdel Wahabの名曲Azzizaのターキッシュバージョンです。曲のアレンジがかっこよくて、ぐっとエジプトからトルコへトリップさせてくれるサウンド。トルコのリズム、シフテテリが途中でたくさん登場します。振付はシンプルで簡単なものを用意しましたが、簡単な振付こそ基礎力が問われます。安定した基礎を築きながら、優しく流れるようにベールで踊っていきます。（こちらも音源のYoutubeリンクが貼れないのはまだ踊っているダンサーが少ないから

→ 水曜夜クラス・木曜朝クラス（初級レベル）での課題曲となります。

■ アラビックポップス "Lama Rah El Sabr Men" ■
"Lama Rah El Sabr Men" (ラマ ラー エル ソブリー ミン："When patience had left him") は、原曲はエジプト人歌手のSharifa Fadel（シャリファ・ファーデル）が歌う古曲。最近はNancy AjramやNagwa Karamなどがカバーしてレバノン周辺で流行していますね。昨年はしばらくメジャンセが続いたので、そろそろポップス（歌もの）を踊りたいころではないかしら？と、今タームではDr Samy Faragバージョンを、エネルギッシュかつ、しっとりとした大人な表現も交えながら踊りこんでいきます。どうぞお楽しみに！

＊ ベリーダンス初心者の方（目安としてベリーダンス歴1年未満）の方で振付クラス受講希望の方は必ず基礎クラスも併用して受講してください。

＊ 基礎クラスでは、股関節周りの筋肉や腹筋（腹斜筋・腹横筋・腹直筋）などを使い、骨盤を始めとする様々な体のパーツを動かす練習をしていきます。骨盤を正しい位置に戻し、リラックスして動かすことで股関節周りのリンパの流れが良くなり、女性ホルモンのバランスが整えられ、生理不順やPMSなどの改善などにもつながります。ベリーダンスは体に負担のかからない優しい動きばかりですので、幅広い年齢層の女性達に安心して踊っていただけます。振付を踊る為の基礎を磨きたい方はもちろん、運動が初めての方（＆久しぶり）の方、妊婦の方の産前や産後のエクササイズとして体を動かしたい方にもご参加頂けます。目安として産前は妊娠8ヶ月頃まで、産後は2ヶ月目以降を目安にご参加頂けますが、必ず担当の専門医より運動OKの許可を得てください。裸足で踊りますので靴は不要です。汗をかきますのでウォーターボトルもお忘れなく！

＊ 振付クラスでは、ベリーダンスの振付を踊る為のルーティンの説明、小道具（ベール・アサヤ・ファンベールなど）の使い方とドリル、そして課題曲で使われる楽器やリズムの勉強、表現方法や魅せ方のポイントをシェアしていきます。レッスン最後にはヨガのメソッドを取り入れた体幹トレーニング＆ストレッチを行い心身ともにリラックスした状態でレッスンを終えます（体がとても軽くなります）。ヨガマットまたはバスタオルをご持参ください。裸足で踊りますので靴は不要です。汗をかきますのでウォーターボトルもお忘れなく！

レッスン料金について
Raffles Town Club受付（2階 GYM Reception）にてダンスチケットをご購入ください。$250.00で60分クラス10回分、90分クラスは6.5回分です。また初回のみメンバー入会手数料$50.00がかかります。メンバー料金にはRaffles Town Clubの施設（スタジオ・ロッカールーム・シャワールーム・サウナ・プール・カフェテリア）の使用料が含まれます。また、体験レッスン・ドロップインでご参加ご希望の方は、60分クラス$30.00 /90分クラス$45.00で受講頂けます。

ダンスカードの有効期限について
ダンスカードの有効期限については、発行日より3ヶ月以内とさせて頂きます。ただし、年末イベント（ハフラ）開催やクリスマス休暇などによるレッスン休講に伴い、2017年10月以降にご購入頂いた分のみ、有効期限を4週間延長させて頂きます。

レッスン出席表について
受付にてダンスカードをご提示の際に、必ず出席表にIN-OUTのサインをして頂くようお願いいたします。

レッスンお申込み
1月スタートのレッスンに参加ご希望の方は、準備の関係上、1月13日（金）までにご返信頂けますと幸いです。参加者へは音源を送付いたします。ターキッシュオリエンタル（Azzize）振付ではベールが必要になりますのでご用意ください。ベール購入が必要な方はそれも合わせてご連絡ください。ベール購入者が多い場合は、まとめてオーダーします。料金はベールは一枚30〜50ドル程度かと思います。

両クラスとも、定員を14名程度とさせて頂きます。定員に達し次第、お申込み受付を締め切らせて頂きます。受講ご希望の方はお早めにご連絡ください。
